How do I know what size to buy?

In case you have trouble with sizes we have included a size chart on the products page. Click on the link under the product for available sizes.

Can I wash my garments in the washing machine?

Yes. Our 100% Merino garments are machine washable in warm water.

Will the colours run or fade?

No. Our 100% Merino fabrics have been professionally dyed and colours will not run. We recommend line drying washed clothes out of direct sunlight to keep colours bright.

Do you test your products?

Yes! We are proud to say that all garments are worn, washed and crawled in by the toughest of little critics to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality.

Where can I buy your products?

The easiest way is to place your order securely through our website. Hummingbird Baby is also stocked in various shops. Visit the 'Stockists' page for more information.

POSTAGE

How much is postage?

We have offered two options for postage through our checkout process. Option 1) is $8.00 Express Post satchel and Option 2) is $12.00 Platinum Express Post satchel which is tracked via Australia Post throughout it's delivery. Whichever postage option you select will be automatically calculated at the checkout. For more information please check out: www.auspost.com.au or visit our terms and conditions page.

When will my item be sent?

All items are sent via Australia Post within Australia and are posted within three working days of receiving cleared payment. Once your item has been posted you will receive notification via email.

Do I have to pay for additional postage if I buy more than one item?

If you purchase more than one item in the one transaction we are happy to post the items to you together. Generally we can fit four items in each Express Post satchel.

Do I have to pay for postage again if I want to exchange an item?

Where an item is simply being exchanged you will be required to pay for the full postage costs. If however an item is being exchanged because it is faulty, Hummingbird Baby will pay for the postage.

What happens if I do not receive my items?

Products lost or damaged in the mail is rare. We do not assume responsibility for items that do get lost or damaged in the post. If you purchase a Platinum Express Post satchel for delivery you can track your package via the Australia Post website.

Do you send overseas?

Yes, we are delighted to send Hummingbird Baby garments to international customers! We will quote the cost of postage upon enquiry as it varies depending on the country.
