We at Hummingbird Baby have worked hard to ensure that all our products are advertised using high quality images that are as natural as can be expected from a computer screen. However, please be aware that different lighting conditions will affect the colours.

Our Exchange Policy:

If you have purchased the wrong size we will happily exchange your garment if it is: unwashed, unworn & unused

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and with a copy of your receipt

If for some reason you cannot provide proof of purchase, we may provide you with an exchange to the value of the item purchased provided:

The item is in a resaleable condition; and

The item was originally purchased from our website www.humingbirdbaby.com.au

In the case where an item is being exchanged, you will be responsible for the full postage cost of $7.00

Sale items are non refundable unless the garment is faulty

All items are posted within three working days of receiving cleared payment

Once your item is posted you will receive notification via email

We assume no responsibility for the item if it is lost or damaged once posted

Postage cost is $8.00 per Express Post satchel or $12 per Platinum Express Post satchel

We are happy to combine postage if you purchase more than one item per order
